Mr. Hank Needham
AAEOP Administrator of the Year
Join me in congratulating Arkansas AEOP Administrator of the Year -- Mr. Hank Needham, Principal, Cavanaugh Elementary, Fort Smith. Congratulations and Best Wishes for continued success from the membership of AAEOP.
Hank Needham, as he is known to Fort Smith AEOP, is committed to educating children. Mr. Needham views his position as building administrator not only as a job, but his life’s chosen work. He makes sure that every student who walks through Cavanaugh Elementary School’s doors receives the vest best education that he and his staff are capable of providing. Not only is Mr. Needham devoted to educating these children, he is also a nurturer to them. He instills into them those lessons in morality and responsibility to help them to grow to be productive adults. The students respect and love him as their principal. The daily commitments and duties of being principal of an elementary school can be very demanding. No matter what Mr. Needham is doing, he will always take time to stop and talk to a student or a staff member. His life has been dedicated to helping children obtain their full potential in educating their mind and in attaining their dreams.
